Dr. Zhaosen Liu received his Ph.D degree in solid state physics from TU-Dresden, Germany, in 1999. Before 2007, he proposed a theoretical scenario to investigate the roles played by the crystal-field levels and RKKY interactions, and meanwhile applied quantum perturbation theory to evaluate magnetic transition temperatures of rare-earth compounds. In 2008, he built a two sub-lattice model to describe the antiferromagnetic behaviors of rare-earth systems, which overcame the difficulty met by experimental physicists. After 2010, he devoted to develop quantum computational methods, namely the self-consistent and quantum Monte Carlo approaches. The uncertainty principle of quantum theory facilitate the computing codes to tunnel through energy barriers, and converge to the equilibrium states of the magnetic systems without electorate human manipulations. The two quantum methods have been applied to study two-dimensional topological magnetic and multiferroic materials, his calculated results revealed, for example, that the topological charges of the ferroelectric skyrmions formed in two-dimensional multiferroic systems are fractional quantized numbers. In 2024, he proposed a qantized static micromagnetic theory, so as to simulate large spin systems with. e.g., personal computers of topological textures in the mesoscopic scales at elevated temperatures. Now, he concentrates on extending the quantum models to investigate spin dynamics of topological magnetic materials, etc.

Prof. Salah OUDJERTLI, DSc, HDR, is a Senior Researcher Class “A” at the Research Center in Industrial Technologies, Algiers, Algeria, and a member of the Laboratory of Nanomaterials, Corrosion, and Surface Treatment (LNCTS) and the Laboratory of Industrial Mechanics at Badji Mokhtar – Annaba University. He holds a Habilitation to Direct Research in Materials Science and teaches a broad range of university courses spanning mechanics, materials science, chemistry, biophysics, and quantum mechanics. He serves as a peer reviewer for several international journals in physics and materials science and is an active member of numerous professional societies in chemistry, physics, crystallography, and photonics. His research interests include nanomaterials, nano-biomaterials, ceramics, semiconductors, metals and alloys, polymers, oxides, and ceramic optics. He has particular expertise in graphene, carbon nanotubes, 2D materials, conductivity, and magnetic properties. His work also covers amorphous alloys, insulators, and biotechnology-related materials. Prof. OUDJERTLI has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and presented his research at international conferences. He has served on several international technical and scientific committees. His multidisciplinary research bridges fundamental science and applied engineering. Mohammed Saad Al-Ghamdi completed his Ph.D. at Cardiff University, UK, in 2010. He then took a position at King Abdulaziz University in Saudi Arabia, where he established the optoelectronics laboratory. His research interests include the design and fabrication of semiconductor devices, laser diodes, and the study of optoelectronic and electrical properties. He has supervised over 10 postgraduate students and received funding for more than 8 projects. Prof. Al-Ghamdi has over 65 publications and is a member of IEEE and OSA societies.

Dr. Rasim Dermez is an Associate Professor in the Department of Physics at Afyon Kocatepe University in Turkey, where he also holds a leadership role as the Head of Machine and Metal Technologies. His academic career is dedicated to the field of Quantum Optics, with a specialized focus on the quantum dynamics of trapped ions and their interactions with laser beams. Ngo Thi Huong received her Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Montpellier in 2017. She then pursued a postdoctoral position in epitaxial growth at Meijo University in Japan, followed by research activities in France focusing on micro- and nanofabrication within leading academic laboratories and institutes. Her research activities encompass the full development of wide-bandgap semiconductor devices, from material design and epitaxial growth to device fabrication and investigation. Dr. Rahul Hajare is a highly qualified scholar with a background in pharmaceutical chemistry. He holds a postdoctoral fellowship from the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) at the National AIDS Research Institute (NARI) in Pune, where he worked under the mentorship of Dr. Ramesh S. Paranjape. He has served as an Associate Professor of Pharmaceutical Medical Chemistry at Pune University (until 2020) and is currently the Principal of Ishwar Deshmukh Institute of Pharmacy, affiliated with the Pharmacy Council of India. Prof. Dr. habil. ArkadyShipulin (Chipouline)Shipulin hasmore than 25 years of experience in academic and industrial research and development, working in the USA, Germany, and Russia. He acquired his international experience during his work at University of Salt Lake City (USA) in 1999-2001, Telecommunication Industry in the USA (CORVIS Corporation, recipient of an Award of Excellence) in 2001-2005, and at the Friedrich-Schiller University of Jena, Germany in 1995-1999 and 2005-2015, worked as a Team Leader at the Institute for Microwave Engineering and Photonics, Department of Electrical Engineering, Technical University of Darmstadt, Germany, in 2015-2017. Prof. Shipulin combines fundamental knowledge and industrial competences to bridge the gap between academic ideas and commercial product development. Ling-Feng Shi is an accomplished researcher with extensive experience in instrumentation, measurement, and applied sciences. William W. Yu got his Ph.D. degree from the Institute of Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is a professor of Shandong University. His research interests include quantum dots, solar cells, LEDs, flexible electronics and electrochromism.

Bing Han received the B.S. degree from the Civil Aviation University of China (CAUC), Tianjin, China, in 2011, the M.S. degree from the Institut Superieur de l’Aeronautique et de l’Espace - SUPAERO, Toulouse, France, in 2014, and the Ph.D. degree in communication and electronic engineering from the Télécom ParisTech, Paris, France, in 2018. Since 2018, he has been a Lecturer with the Avionics System Engineering Department, CAUC. Antonio José Steidle Neto is agricultural engineer, with master’s degree in agricultural engineering and doctorate in agronomy by the of Federal University of Viçosa, Brazil. Additionally, he did two post-doctorates in plant science and agricultural meteorology. For more than fifteen years, he is associate professor and researcher of the Agrarian Sciences Department of the Federal University of São João del-Rei, Brazil. He has experience in areas of agricultural engineering, emphasizing the spectroscopy applied to agriculture. Published more than 85 scientific papers in international journals, as well as 8 book chapters.

Dr. Abdul Ghaffar, born in 1991 in Pakistan, earned his bachelor's degree from QUEST Nawabshah in 2014, a master’s from Indus University in 2017, and a Ph.D. in Instrumentation Technology from North University of China in 2020. He completed his postdoctoral research at the Wuhan Institute of Rock and Soil Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, in 2023. Formerly a lecturer at Indus University, Karachi. Since 2023, Dr. Ghaffar has been serving as an Assistant Professor in the Mechanical Engineering Department at Quzhou University in China. Yang Yue received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering and optics from Nankai University, China, in 2004 and 2007, respectively. He received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California, USA, in 2012. He is currently a Professor with the School of Information and Communications Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University, China. He is the founder and current PI of Intelligent Photonic Application Technology Laboratory (iPatLab). Dr. Yue’s current research interest is intelligent photonics, including optical communications, optical perception, and optical chip. He has published ~300 journal papers (including Science) and conference proceedings with >13,000 citations, one book, seven edited books, two book chapters, >70 issued or pending patents, >200 invited presentations (including 1 tutorial, >30 plenary and >80 keynote talks). Dr. Yue is a Fellow of SPIE, a Senior Member of IEEE and Optica. He is also among the Top 2% Scientists List Worldwide by Stanford University.
